- KLKim Dang (Lenna)Nov 10, 20251.0It’s terrible customer service. The lady named Laura or Lauren, she mentioned that she has been working for the company 20 years. How can the company let her work here for 20 years with that terrible customer service. Trying to fighting with customer on the phone and against the exchange/ return policy which state don the receipt. Keep mentioning this is outlet store, then what? Do you means because this is outlet store then customer doesn’t have any right to ask for return/ exchange? Then the company should change the policy and state on the receipt that “ no exchange, no return”. The lady doesn’t represent the le gal’s department of the company, but acting like she own the company. Additionally, be aware and ask in advance if the product is final sale or not. They are not gonna tell you that and just trying to sale the products as much as possible. Disappointed with the sale person, and the company as well since they let someone who doesn’t know how to respect customer being at the store.
