  Rating one stars BUT everyone else in the store is very helpful and sweet and I don’t have any complaints with anything else, I’m saddened to rate so low. However, I had a terrible experience today. I was greeted by an older lady immediately walking in however she looked me up and down while greeting me. Then I was searching for a product but didn’t know the exact name and within seconds a team member was trying to help but then asked for additional assistance from the same lady that originally greeted me. I let her know what I was looking for and she gave me such a terrible look like I was bothering her and stated “what do you mean” with so much attitude (all I said was a silver tube lip balm.) I was taken back how she was interacting with me. So I said it was okay and walked away. Then I asked for another persons help and they knew exactly where the products was and was so sweet and helpful. After I checked out, the same lady had stopped me by the front of the store and wanted to touch base again and I said it was okay I found what I was looking for and I started to walk away to leave, then she began yelling at me calling me disrespectful and that I’m no longer welcomed at that Sephora. I’m just shocked that she had escalated it to that as I was literally getting yelled at walking out. Even the bystanders outside asked me what happened and they all heard her yelling at me. I didn’t catch her name but she is an older white lady with a lot of filler.

  Karim is literally the best! To be honest I only went for some tinted moisturizer, but ended up buying $250 worth of make up because his customer service was impeccable. He took his time doing a color match for concealer, foundation, contour, and lip. There’s a Sephora 5 minutes from my house but I’ll always choose this location cause of the service. Thanks, Karim!!!

  I do not know her name but leadership at this location today noon (2/24) was so incredibly kind and was the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Please notice this because she deserves an even higher promotion. I was having a hard day and she noticed. In my own practice of leadership, I myself am taking what I have learned from her. The little things matter. Thank you today. I have also noticed the work of two other employees I interacted with too and overall, I am very satisfied with this location. Thank you!

  Walked in to get my girl some face cleanser that she needed, was in there 2 min, an associate greeted me at the door and I showed her what I needed, she took me to it, got it and rung me up. Fast efficient and friendly!!
