    I visited the SalonCentric location on Rainbow Blvd yesterday (March 25, 2026 around 4:20 PM). I went in to ask about a specific item that has been out of stock for a few months and wanted to see if another store might have it. When I walked in, I was the only customer there. The associate was kind and started checking on the computer for me, but as soon as she began, the phone rang and she answered it. The call ended up being a longer conversation with someone asking for directions and other questions. Meanwhile, I was standing at the register waiting, and I had just come from grocery shopping with items in my car, so I was a bit pressed for time. I waited for several minutes, but the call continued and I eventually had to leave without getting the information I needed. I don’t want to place blame on the employee, as she was polite, but I do think this comes down to training and customer service priorities. In my opinion, a customer who is physically in the store should be helped first, especially if they were already being assisted before the phone call came in. I hope this is something management can look into, because overall the store is great, but moments like this can make a difference in the customer experience.

    Wow Gage is literally the best. His knowledge of everything is extensive and impressive. I asked this man every question in the book and he had all the answers. I will definitely be back, and only if he's working 😅 thank you for letting me pick your brain Gage! Also the store was immaculate and well stocked if that's what you care about.. I'm here for the customer service 🙌

    This place is super clean and so well organized. They are always stocked with a bunch of products. It’s Saves me the trouble from driving all over the place. There’s also plenty of space to walk around even when pushing a cart. The gentleman that works there in the morning has always been so helpful. Thank you for being a Rock Star! 5+ stars for great customer service. 5+ stars for a clean and organized store.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
