I of coarse believed her. She stared she was available so I said ok I told her I always get the sane thing; shampoo and a trim. Some t times more but nit generally. I Sat in the chair. And overheard the one other stylist tell ger that"Duke" was the person that normally did my hair, the pudgy guy told ne after I asked that Duke would be in at 12.Ut was aboutn10:45. The new stylist, Letoya finisged(a trim. And shampoo) and the chargdbwas 53. Twice as .uch as i has ever paid. When I said why are you charging me so much more the manager,Eden, said it was because k I had used a rould brush. Abd that was 25bdollars mire I reminded him i get the same service every month. A d he should look at what I pay. Every time. He refused.He said he is the owner abd can do what he wants! A disgusting rude. Dishonest and contemptible person. Manipulative a d grotesque. Unfair that the hair cutter didn't inform me about me waiting who knows how long to get my haircut done after the online people file in. As a new customer never been there before I will never return. I'm sure this has happened before. Good luck recruiting new customers with this policy.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
