  My kids and I have been Coming here for 6 years. Today I Checked in online waited 35 Minutes for the girl to tell me that she could Not style my hair because there were only two of them working. This has never been a problem when others are working. They should not advertise services that they are not able to provide or ask people before making them wait for half an hour.

  The short blond bob cut lady was absolutely terrible during my haircut session. She sits on the left as soon as you enter the door. Her attitude is non-cheerful or motivational at all. She didn’t even wash or know how to cut bangs…the so-called curtain bangs were awful with one side butchered and the other side lopsided. Talk about quality. Don’t go there. I was just there last week. She’s unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to get licensed or certified. Advice: smile and be more welcoming. Go get better training as you definitely need some improvement.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Team That Truly Cares - A Standout Experience! I felt compelled to write a review because our visit last week was exceptional from start to finish. Our family all got haircuts, and we were so pleased with the results. Miss Crystal was our stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was engaging, listened to what we each wanted, and her skill and touch were top-notch. She made us all feel comfortable and we left looking and feeling great. The cherry on top was finding out she was working on her birthday—her dedication and positive attitude are truly admirable! What also stood out to us was seeing the manager, Jill, actively involved and taking pride in her store. We saw her meticulously cleaning the outside windows, which shows a level of care you don't always see. It's clear that her leadership and pride in the business create a positive environment for both staff and customers. This is a well-run location with a fantastic team. We will absolutely be back. Thank you to Miss Crystal and Manager Jill for a wonderful experience!

  I have always dreaded having my haircut. Jill checks all the boxes when it comes to putting me at ease and doing such a magnificent hairstyle. I am so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and for making this such a fun experience.

  Jill was absolutely awful. She not only was passive aggressive from the second I walked in but she also gave me a terrible hair cut. not at all what i asked for. when i continued to ask for more layers she eventually said “no more after this it’s only a $19 hair cut that’s turned into a $55 hair cut. I’m not cutting anymore”. Then she proceeded to use every tool she had and butcher my hair even more than she already had. I had very very long hair and i decided to go short. nothing is even, all the layers are slanted. Most all of the staff there too was quiet and weary. Very uncomfortable environment. Customers looked uncomfortable. i wanted to cry this was the worst experience ive ever had.
