    This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. We came in for a kids haircut and showed a clear reference photo of what we wanted. What we got instead was a completely butchered haircut that looks nothing like the picture. Right from the start, the “stylists” looked unprofessional — greasy, unkempt hair. That alone should’ve been my sign to walk out. They handled my child so roughly, constantly pulling his hair like he was a mannequin, not a kid. Zero care, zero patience, zero professionalism. TWICE the stylist “finished” the haircut with visibly uneven, crooked lines. I politely asked her to fix it. By the third time, I had to use a translator just to explain that the haircut was uneven — and instead of fixing it, she argued with me, insisting “it looks like the photo.” It absolutely did not. When I asked to speak to a manager, another woman came over — and somehow made things even worse. Same rough handling, same attitude, and then she just hacked off another chunk of hair like she wanted to be done with us as fast as possible. At that point I just took my child and left. There was no fixing that disaster. End result: a ruined haircut, a stressed and upset child, and a completely unacceptable experience. It honestly felt like these people have no idea what they’re doing and simply don’t care. If you care at all about your kid’s comfort or appearance, stay far away from this place.

    Online icheckin does work. Checked in online when online ci was available, went to shop waited over 30 min, someone comes in after us, but gets to go first. Not going back

    I want to share my experience today as a long-time, loyal customer, dating back to 2019 when Kat was working there. To get this review started, I walked in without checking in online because there was only one person in line and I was next door at Smith’s. When I entered, I was barely greeted, which was unusual. Marilou (first chair) asked if I had checked in, and I responded clearly and loudly that I had not. She said “okay,” turned around, and continued cutting her client’s hair. I understood she was busy, but what concerned me was that she then completely ignored me for the next 5-10 minutes. Management can verify this on the cameras: I was not checked in, she did not step away to assist me, and nothing was said to acknowledge my place in line. When another customer, Vivian, arrived, Marilou immediately stepped away from her chair to check her in, while I was still standing there waiting to be checked in. I even stated that my name was not on the screen, and Marilou continued to ignore me. A second gentleman came in after me, checked in, and when he arrived I said, “Excuse me, I was supposed to be next, you never checked me in” Her explanation did not make sense, as she claimed she thought I had checked in on my phone, even though I had already told her very clearly that I had not. I then mentioned I was there BEFORE the Second Gentleman’s name appeared on the screen. At that point, it became clear to me that it was time to find a new place for my haircuts.
