I have visited this spa 5–6 times before, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here.
I paid $375 for an 80-minute massage, and instead of feeling relaxed or valued, I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy.
The massage therapist was kind and professional, but the spa attendant who escorted me was rude, cold, and dismissive. Their tone and the way they looked at me felt judgmental and unwelcoming, which completely ruined the experience.
I was the only Asian guest there that day, and the way I was treated made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. No one should ever feel this way, especially after paying such a high price for a luxury service.
This experience changed how I see this spa. I will not be returning.

So glad we pulled the trigger to come here for our 36 hour Vegas trip! Suki is so technically proficient and really informative. I came out of my lymph neck and shoulders treatment totally refreshed. Just a note - there is no co-ed lounge area, which we didn’t realize until after we had arrived.

This is a spa I would come back to every year if I could, it exceeded all expectations. We spent about 4 hours going through the suggested “spa cycle” (warm rain shower, steam room, sauna, cold soak, whirlpool/hot tub, cold plunge, heated chair rest), never seeing more than a few people at a time in each area and sometimes having areas all to ourselves. We loved that the whole facility was women’s only, incredibly clean, and had the feeling of both luxury and privacy. Other positives included small/intimate lounge areas for changing, a quiet area with beverages & snacks, attentive staff, and showers stocked with all the essentials.

Definitely recommend! Very much enjoyed my spa day here🙂 Staff was very friendly, my massage was beyond amazing! The environment was so beautiful/peaceful. Also, there was many lovely amenities from warming pools, cold plunge pools, steam room, sauna, private showers, personal lockers with code, even little details down to hair products for use.

The best spa experience I've ever had! The entire place is beautiful from the check-in area, to the locker rooms, interior rooms, and treatment area. I booked an aromatherapy and hot stone massage and loved every minute of it! My massage therapist was phenomenal and made it the most relaxing experience for me. Inside, there is a eucalyptus steam room, a raw wood sauna, two large heated whirlpool baths, a cool plunge (70deg), a cold plunge (50deg), special showers with multiple jets/shower heads, and heated chaise loungers. When you get a service, you get full use of the facilities (including the gym) and in/out privileges all day. My only regret was not booking a longer massage! This was a treat and I will definitely be back!
