  I dropped my girlfriend off there having paid for a mani pedi with a special they had going on. Used my card on file while I was gone told her she had another appointment and only had time to do the mani. Which took away the deal of the package that I had gotten and cost twice as much money

  Absolutely Amazing First Massage! This was my very first professional massage, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. My massage therapist was incredibly detailed, thorough, and patient — she explained each step and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which helped me feel completely comfortable. The entire experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending the Serenity Spa to everyone I know!

  Booked an 80 minute massage. Giselle had strong hands, and did wonders for my shoulders. The facility is nice with two hot tubs, a sauna and steam room. Knocked stars off because I specifically asked for hips/glutes/low back, and reminded during the massage, and she did not work on that area at all, stuck to my upper back and legs, even after I said mid-massage that I was really looking forward to the hips/glutes/low back. When it was done I thought well maybe she ran out of time, but when I checked the clock, I had a 70 minute massage not the full 80, so she had plenty of time time but didn’t do my specific request. What she did was lovely but she didn’t hit the area I really needed.

  Go somewhere else. Supposed to be 50 min massage, was only 40 minutes (there was like 2 people in the entire spa so it’s not like anyone was waiting for a massage. masseuse was VERY rough, I had to tell her less pressure a couple times and her hands were ICE cold the entire time-as well as it felt like air was blasting in the room, so it was not relaxing in any sense of the word. The hot tubs are very nice and like I said, nobody else was in the spa so that was relaxing. I tried to shower off and it was ice cold it never warmed up after letting run for several minutes so I went to the other shower and same thing. I rinsed my suit and showered at my hotel room instead-thankful I didn’t get the hair scrub like I was contemplating. I would highly suggest another massage/spa location. Aria has a wonderful spa-it’s more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
