  I dropped my girlfriend off there having paid for a mani pedi with a special they had going on. Used my card on file while I was gone told her she had another appointment and only had time to do the mani. Which took away the deal of the package that I had gotten and cost twice as much money

  Absolutely Amazing First Massage! This was my very first professional massage, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. My massage therapist was incredibly detailed, thorough, and patient — she explained each step and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which helped me feel completely comfortable. The entire experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending the Serenity Spa to everyone I know!

  Booked an 80 minute massage. Giselle had strong hands, and did wonders for my shoulders. The facility is nice with two hot tubs, a sauna and steam room. Knocked stars off because I specifically asked for hips/glutes/low back, and reminded during the massage, and she did not work on that area at all, stuck to my upper back and legs, even after I said mid-massage that I was really looking forward to the hips/glutes/low back. When it was done I thought well maybe she ran out of time, but when I checked the clock, I had a 70 minute massage not the full 80, so she had plenty of time time but didn’t do my specific request. What she did was lovely but she didn’t hit the area I really needed.

  great location and services. Jackie is sooo sweet as a nail technician and detailed oriented. Chantelle was our phenomenal aesthetician and would go back every week if we could. the spa itself is well kept and has hot tub/sauna services plus a relaxed revitalized lounge area. you can do services and then come back later to do sauna. love it!

  The steam room was hot, lots of fresh towels, great service, but the only downside was the cold plunge at 75 degrees, and no way to make it cold.
