  Small store and doesn’t have everything like the big one, but it’s still nice n convenient! Asia was so attentive and helpful for my purchase here. While other big stores never give me sample tho i spent over $70-100/purchase, she did give me samples and great collection of trial of perfumes! Loved it!

  For context I was in the Sephora section for a good while because I wanted to see what was new and my family had came to purchase clothing. So whilst I was seeing if there was anything of interest for me to purchase, a worker who was a hispanic(I’m not entirely sure if her ethnicity, but she was tan) lady with thick framed black glasses working there had out of the blue I came to me stating how ‘I would not be allowed back if caught stealing’. I a hispanic teenage girl had found big offense to this as I’ve shopped there before many times the exact same attire and not once in my experience of shopping in Sephora or any other retail stores have I ever been accused of stealing. Once I had gone to check out I had asked her if there was anything I had done to cause such a suspicion on me to which in summary she states it was because I had big pockets, for reference I was wearing a pair of American Eagle Stretch Curvy Super High-Waisted Baggy Straight Jeans in a size 8. Overall I had felt offended and uncomfortable with this statement.

  JASON is a terrible manager and the store all together gave us the worst Customer Service Ever! Very rude! We bought a 200$ bottle of Black Opium by Saint Laurent. We got home and noticed the box didn’t even say Sephora on it. Opened it to find that it was a scam. The bottle wasn’t even black opium, it was a whole different bottle of cheap perfume. Brought it back and was made to feel like we were the ones who did it. One manager offered to exchange it but they didn’t have another one in stock. They told us they would contact higher up and get back to us. Of course they did none of that! We called back today and Jason said he won’t return it or exchange it. He acted like we were the scammers. Told us we need to call Sephora or Saint Laurent. We called and they sent an email saying how they are sorry that Kohl’s is refusing to provide proper compensation and to contact our bank and file a claim but we paid cash, So that won’t work. The way they treated us like the thieves was inexcusable! Then we looked at the reviews to find out that Jason and his crew treat others the same way and he even barged in on a lady in a dressing room thinking she was stealing.. that’s very disturbing but not surprising! We had a receipt they should have exchanged it like she said or even tried to help us but instead we were treated like we were the crooks. Claiming that this has never happened and the box was sealed. Never in my life have I been treated this way. I even have a Sephora credit card and purchase stuff all the time. My daughter left crying because she spent her hard earned money on a bottle of perfume that was fake and they had zero compassion about it. Shame on you Jason and crew at Sephora by Kohl’s. Do not shop at this store! Make sure you always use a credit card and always open the package in the store before leaving. I’m very disappointed by the way we were treated. Reputable businesses do not treat paying customers this way. Sephora!! Do better when your hiring people to represent you company!
