    I bought a couple of fragrances with the help of Christy and a nice lady that I didn't get the name of. They went above and beyond to help me attain a good pick. I am not a local and may return to this store if I am around the area. Also plenty of samples are on display!

    I had such a bad experience at this Sephora inside of Kohl's. I usually online shop, however I got a 10% coupon and decided to check it out. They had nothing I wanted to buy in stock. What really did it for me was the young man working the store. He saw me walk in with my newborn in his stroller and made it so obvious that he was keeping an extra eye on me. He followed me around the store which made me feel really uncomfortable.

    No one works the Sephora section and you have to pay at the Kohls line. There is 1 person working the entire line.

    Normally, I have a good experience here but the last two occasions one today and one about three days ago. Customer service has been terrible. Seems like you have some young girls working here that has no customer service. I’m not a little young chick where every bit of lingo works for me and I don’t do tacky. On these two occasions, both experiences were less than pleasant and professional.. tacky females, which I didn’t appreciate because at the end of the day when I need some assistance in by beauty products, and you presented with people to have no knowledge is frustrating.
