Waxing experience I have ever had, and I have been to a few places here in town, even another Sephora. First of all, Shaye was the only person who ever washed their hands prior to the start of the service and wore gloves during. She was very thorough and at the same time made sure that I was not in too much pain. Actually, I don’t know how she does it, but when she was plucking my eyebrows and even my lip hair, I experienced no pain versus when I do it myself. I will be coming to this location specifically to have Shaye do my eyebrow and lip wax from here on out.
