IT’S THE HOLIDAYS! People are going to get gifts where the person who bought it didn’t sign up for or have a stupid account, and now they’re stuck with an item they can’t use and you won’t exchange! No wonder y’all are losing customers to ulta! I have bought enough this year to be a rouge member, but never again!

When I explained this to the cashier, the assistant manager, and finally the store manager, Krista, none of them showed any empathy or concern that the product might be defective, they didn’t even bother to check. Each time I asked to speak with someone else, I was told, “They’re just going to tell you the same thing.” The only thing anyone said was, “That’s our policy.” Krista was especially condescending and passive-aggressive, and as I walked away, they mockingly said, “Have a nice day.” I’ve always spoken highly of Sephora, but this experience left me feeling dismissed, unappreciated, and humiliated. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine how they treat their employees. I won’t be returning to that location.
