- RVraven violetNov 2, 20252.0Impossible to shop here. I never leave bad reviews, but this Sephora is unbearable to go to. The few times I’ve been to this location, it’s always been horrible. I understand it’s their job to upsell customers, but it gets to a point where I’ve said no 10x yet still have them shoving random product in my hands. If you’re looking to make a quick trip to pick up something you ran out of, you’re screwed. I tell them I’m not interested in these products over and over again, and they still won’t stop following me around shoving things in my hands. It just gets to a point where it’s too excessive and becomes borderline harassment.

I came in to do some birthday shopping and was followed around the store and asked if I need help by 5 different people in the time span of 20 minutes.When speaking to the manager he says "We don't racially profile anyone here." Not once did I mention anything about race or feeling racially profiled nor did I insinuate anything of the sort. But now I do because what even made you say that. He attempts to clean it up by saying that they have brand workers and they don’t speak to each other. The people who asked me if I needed help were right by each other and just saw someone ask me. He was very dismissive about my complaint and it seems like it was chalked up to me complaining because I’m black. I told the cashier 3 different times that I wanted to check out and after the manager leaves she asks if I wanted to do a return. If I was walking around shopping and have no receipt not bag AND said more than once that I want to check out, what exactly made you assume that I wanted to do a return. Extremely over simulating and frustrating. I won't be back.

My color match was quick and easy, she was friendly, approachable , professional and efficient. She was able to process my exchange right then and there as well. 5🌟 I’ll continue to come back just based on that experience.

I just received a phone call from the manager cancelling my appointment because the makeup artist couldn’t come in and advised me to “see if another location could take me”. She called me at 8:00pm on a Friday. Very unprofessional and I am very angry. No other Sephoras had any availability for makeup services for Saturday. I was going to an event and wanted it done by an MUA.
