There’s so many products Out there now & I’m an older woman now lol and I’m use to shopping at Macy’s for Mac but they discontinued my favorite products after 15 years And so I’ve been Trying to get help to find something similar and it’s been a struggle. I came in today and got Latesha & what a blessing she was so patient and concerned with me finding what’s gonna work for me I was absolutely stunned. She was more into helping me than I was into helping myself lol because Unfortunately, I was pressed for time I had to go back to work so I was kind of rushing, but she was not She was really making herself available for me and I appreciate thatso I got a sample of something to try and this weekend I’m gonna go back but I’m going to make sure she’s working when I go back because I need somebody like her helping me, Kind patient concerned and informative Beautiful outside and beautiful inside❤️ she knew the products and brands very well She knew the benefits of the ingredients in certain products I knew I had got the right personShe started color matching me online by putting my old product color In a system that helps suggest similar colors and I’ve been to several places and nobody had ever did that before to try to find something similar to what I was looking for. I didn’t even know that was an option ijs whoever hired her good job good job great customer service
