What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What are the store hours for SalonCentric in Las Vegas?
SalonCentric is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM on Monday. Saturday hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday hours are 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The store is closed on major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric?
Store purchases may be returned to a SalonCentric store with a valid receipt. Orders $150 or less from SalonCentric.com can be returned within 90 days with packing slip or invoice, excluding electrical items and shears. Electrical items and shears must be returned within 60 days and refunds are given as a gift card.
