- MSMyriam SotomayorNov 3, 20251.0The experience on this location twin and Durango, it was unpleasant, the person who attended possible the manager has very ugly attitude, she doesn’t have customer service at all.
- VLVyvian LeJan 29, 20251.0Customer service here is horrible. I had placed a pick up order and came in to grab it. Initially they weren’t able to find it as I had placed it under my shortened name which I apologized for after I realized my mistake. HOWEVER, the younger girl with the pink hair was extremely condescending from the moment I had walked in. When I came in, I showed her my pick up order and she looks at me blankly and says “What’s your name”. Throughout the process of looking for my order, she makes snide remarks such as “Are you sure you placed it for here?” and then continues to question me in a VERY condescending tone. Then when she found my items, she says “government name babe” in the same tone. I don’t know if she realizes her tone makes her sound like she’s trying to be a smart ass or not but it was really off putting and annoying. I would recommend going to Rainbow/Robindale location instead.

I used my card on file and I should have looked at the receipt before I left because they charged me full price. I'll never be using the card on file option again, thieves. Now they tell me they can't return any money unless I physically go in and bring my card. You can take money from me while I'm not there but not give it back?

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
