    The experience on this location twin and Durango, it was unpleasant, the person who attended possible the manager has very ugly attitude, she doesn’t have customer service at all.

    I LOVE this location, by far my favorite salon centric to go to. Maybe I’m biased because it’s closest to me, but the customer service never disappoints! Everyone I’ve met so far has been so helpful, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Maria! She’s the absolute best. She’s so sweet, patient, and very helpful. The fact that she recognized me too after seeing me briefly shows how attentive she is as well. Anyways, you ladies rock! (P.S. loved the music today)

    Business at its best! Small store and have almost everything a stylist needs ! I love it because I am a product lover lol the more the better. And they are super nice and work hard. 💕

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
