- JDJenna DiMariaNov 3, 20251.0Gilbert needs to be addressed immediately. It sounds like there have been complaints about him before, and after my recent experience, I understand why. His behavior toward customers is consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. He lacks basic people skills and doesn’t seem to know how to communicate appropriately. When I came in before work to resolve an issue with my account, he refused to help and was extremely dismissive and rude. It’s concerning that someone with repeated complaints and such poor conduct is still in a management position.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
