  This piercing shop is fantastic. I came in to have a crooked ear piercing corrected, and Catherine did an absolutely amazing job. I truly appreciate her skill and care, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

  I waited about 2 months post piercing to write a review. I got my third lobe piercings done in November. While I liked my piercer, and the concept of the store is great, I feel ripped off. I was ok with the prices before I went, but the pricing for the jewelry feels inflated. The small ones I got are fine but expensive for what they are. That aside I wasn’t told until post appointment that I’d have to come back for a post change and that would be an additional $50. I already paid almost $300 and this felt like I was getting nickel and dimed. A few weeks into my piercing the posts were popping out and I truly did not want to pay another $50 plus tip. When I changed them out the earrings were bent as all hell and basically unusable so that’s $140 down the drain (almost $200 if you count the posts I was supposed to downsize to). I’m extremely disappointed. For my next piercings I’ll find another reputable piercer for a more reasonable price. Just beware, if you go here, be prepared to pay a lot. If you’re ok with that then you'll probably like it, but almost $400 for piercings makes me upset I paid this much for them.

  Incredible experience start to finish! My 5 year old daughter was very nervous to get her ears pierced but really wanted it done. They took the time to walk me through the different options and make a decision on the best way to pierce her ears. Nurse Kristian was amazing, she helped keep my daughter calm and you could tell she enjoys what she does and is great at interacting kids!

  I had my 11 month old ears pierced here a few months ago. The experience was fine but within a week the butterfly backing fell out on it’s own and the earring got lost in the process. Her piercing closed up literally the day after. I asked how much to repierce and get the single earring and they won’t sell me the earring itself so that would be 105$… when I paid 145$ to get the set. A complete rip offf for a place that charges higher for the initial piercing. Would not recommend.
