He’s very professional, sweet and also very nice. He remembers your name from just one or two times. Although I’ve never met him in person, He remembers me from just talking on the phone and lets me know about discounts, sales and promos. He just texts me to let me know when something fun is coming up. I order over the phone and sends me a link to do my credit card information. He also sends me a confirmation, a receipt and tracking number. I get my products within a couple of days. All shipped free. I feel like I’ve made a friend.
