Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. I was greeted right away and asked if I was looking for a specific type of bath bomb. I said no but the Black Rose one immediately drew my eye. I picked that one and asked the employee helping me (Cindi) if they sold moisturizer. Cindi showed me my options and asked what kind of skin type I had and we settled on the Celestial one. When I was checking out, Cindi threw in a sample of the Sticky Date body wash. Great service from Cindi, the store looked gorgeous, smelled amazing, overall perfect shopping experience. Loved that this is so close to Planet Hollywood, in the Miracle Mile Shops, right next to Dry Bar. *The Black Rose bathbomb did leave a pink residue on the tub but I was able to wipe it away.

Ozzy went above and beyond and helped label all my purchases so we knew which is which, something I really appreciated. All the scents were fantasic. Thank you for your help, and I will be coming back here whenever I’m in town.

I already try to purchase natural products but this whole store is just what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was AMAZING and I wish I could remember her name. She recommended soooo many products to me. I was nervous because my 4 year old daughter has very sensitive skin and cannot use box store bath bombs. She let me know her 3 daughters love them and what other bath products they have used and loved. I bought them hesitantly and they did not disappoint. My daughter loves Lush products and so do I. I have switched many products already and plan on switching 85% of my products to Lush brand. My only recommendation is to find an alternative other than dyes because I’m one of those weird moms.
