  I take my skin very seriously which is why I love lush products. This location has very knowledgeable employees who will take the time out to explain all of their products.

  Only great things to say! The staff was so friendly and the store was well stocked. Rachel was so helpful and kind during our visit. :)

  I’m a regular customer and I felt compelled to write this because what I witnessed on 2/11 was completely unacceptable. I was in the store when a man who is now posting under the review name “Mr. Man” came in and began aggressively harassing the staff. His behavior was loud, confrontational, and clearly intended to intimidate. At one point, he crossed a serious line and physically hit one of the female employees. It was shocking and disturbing to watch. The team handled the situation with incredible professionalism. They stayed composed, didn’t escalate the situation, and focused on keeping everyone safe despite being verbally abused and physically assaulted. That takes strength and restraint. No one comes to work expecting to be treated that way, and certainly not to be hit. To see that same individual now posting a fabricated version of events is beyond disappointing. What he’s claiming does not reflect what actually happened. I was there. The staff did not provoke him. They were calm, respectful, and simply trying to do their jobs. This team consistently goes above and beyond. Every time I visit, I’m greeted warmly. They’re attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. They create a welcoming environment, and it’s the reason I continue to come back. It’s rare to find a group of employees who maintain such a high level of customer service, especially while dealing with difficult and sometimes abusive customers. The character of a team really shows in tough moments, and on 2/11 they showed integrity, professionalism, and resilience. They deserve recognition and support, not false accusations from someone who behaved inappropriately. As a loyal customer, I stand behind this team 100%. They are hardworking, kind, and committed to providing great service even under pressure. That speaks volumes.

  This is by far the WORST LUSH store I’ve ever been to. Also the most racist as another person said in the reviews. As soon as I entered to pick up an item an employee ran over to me to grab it and put it in a bag and take to the register as if I were going to steal it. I asked to same a product since another item I wanted wasn’t in stock in that location. I go to pay and leave. That’s when the manager and 2 other employees surround me. Yelling at me about samples saying accusing me of hustling samples, whatever that means. I say I want to be left alone and leave that’s when one employee grabs my arm, the manager yells at me, and then a man tries to chase me out the store. I reported it to corporate and they said don’t come back and only shop online.
