- RBrajuline bDec 11, 20251.0If I can give zero stars I would .. came here to get my kids hair cut .. mind u my son has severe asthma when the weather he doesn't get sick but he has problems with his breathing so he coughs .. after waiting around for 20 min the old lady working that was trying to be discrete whispering about us since we walked in the damn door .. turn to us and said "you need to leave ..return when he doesn't cough" now I would of cussed her out and explained his medical issues but I refused to make a scene with my children and walked away .. I just think that was handled very rude and extremely unprofessional .. she could of pulled us aside and asked if he was ill not make a scene herself .. will not be returning ever

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
