  Duc Pham did a great job. Gave me a haircut that frames my face better than what I asked for and will grow out nicer than what I asked for as well. I could tell he is an expert at his craft and doesn't sacrifice quality for speed. I've always been picky about my hair, but he did great.

  I had an identical situation happen as the reviewer 'ryan spencer.' I had the same haircutter, named Duc. I asked for a 1 on sides and back, blended at the sides, and Hair! Left! On! Top!, but pulled a longer strand from my widows peak and asked for just that to be shortened. He cuts hair really fast and he shortens ALL the hair on top instead of just simply cutting that strand. I received a 1 all the way to the top sides of my head and no blending as similar to a mid fade. I had been growing my hair on top for some time now and will have to wait for it to grow back now. All the other stylists here like Melinda and others who I can't remember right off, cut my hair as requested and understood the nuance of wanting to keep my hair on top for styling purposes and have the bulky thick sides trimmed down to blend with the long top and short sides. This guy did not ask clarifying questions like the others and really I was under the impression that he is not fluent enough in English to do that or even to understand exactly what I wanted anyways. The haircutter also coughed on me during the haircut and did not say excuse me or apologize.I was not upset and figured it was an accident. Some people would be very upset by that and would not tip after this whole experience. I did not complain about the haircut and gave a $5 tip. I had a "similar" haircutter at the Charleston location and I guess this location is also now scratched off my list.

  If i could leave 0 stars i would DUC gave me the worse haircut of my life! I asked for a medium fade and he cuts it all the way up with a 1. I was growing my hair out and he ruined it. Then when I looked close at the supposed fade he did i had small and short hairs sticking up everywhere, and messed up the part that I had. I dont know how DUC has a license! Extremely upset

  Regardless of the location, I get consistently great haircuts. The stylist are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.

  My stylist has done my haircuts the last 2 times I've gone in there and she is amazing. She can make even me look good. LOL.
