- WWWIlson WongDec 21, 20255.0I came to this location today a week before Xmas because my nephew was always telling me how great his cut is from their hair stylist, and the prices are much cheaper than salons/barbers in the area. I understand that I came on a Saturday morning during the holiday rush with no appointment, and the wait time on their system stated it will be awhile, so they said they'll text me when it's my turn within 15 minutes. When I got the text, I left the casino and headed there. I only waited like a minute and was seated in the barber chair. The WHOLE time, the 2 hair stylists were very friendly, smiling with everyone, and were awesome. My stylist, Sunny, she just arrived from another state and I told her what I wanted. Halfway through, she gave me suggestions on how to style my hair (I usually wear a hat) and I loved it. She showed me a 'fiber' product which works better than mousse, so I bought one. I can't believe how fast and professional this cut is! The time she took to cut my long ass hair, was about 10 minutes, whereas the other also-known brand I won't put here, took them over 30 minutes and it cost a lot more! The entire time there, the customers in the lobby were greeted by the workers, who were waiting patiently with their families. When I saw them getting their cuts in the chair, they were being interacted by the stylist making them feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. To be honest and fair, the many haircuts I saw today were ALL male customers, so I can't speak about the women's haircutting observations. Will I return here at this particular location for another cut? Heck yes. Will I tell others about this place? Check. Thanks again.

She didn't listen and only butchered the top of my head and didn't layer the sides at all. My hair looks horrible. I can't even style it. She didn't even listen to what I wanted.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
