Is it all about the money and not the people? 72% of seniors live on a fixed SS income and can no longer get a cut when they need it. Every time you raise the price a cutters tip go down or no tip at all. My wife, daughter, son, grandkids also go there and I am going to have to buy a electric clipper soon if the prices go down. How many people feel the exact same way but will never contact you and tell you.... they just quit coming to your stores! I have 6 people in my cul-de-sac that are going to do the same

What really pissed me off was how she combed my hair: going around my head from the roots down to the ends, digging into my scalp and yanking my hair out. I asked for a trim, just the dead ends no length and she acted so frustrated saying she didn’t know how to cut my hair. I gave the next stylist the same instructions and she had no problem.
