But when you watch them purposes skip you to take care of other people and find it laughable is worth a bad review and never a dime of my business again. As someone who tips more than the haircut, and gets a haircut 2x a month, it’s more than upsetting (wish I could use the words I want) to be treated this way..

My haircut usually takes about 15 minutes. The cashier had all the money from the cash drawer on the counter and he was counting out the days cash and the female attendant was standing in the back, saying coming back. Another time would be best. No big deal for sure but I will not be coming back.

One of them got served immediately. I checked in. Then, a party of two arrived. Another party of two arrived. By the time the first three were served. The next two after me were served. And tbe first of the next two were called. I decided to leave. I won't be back to this location.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
