- KJKyle JoyJan 21, 20261.0I'm so done with this place. Everytime I come here to give it a second chance they let me down. First off half the people there give horrendous hair cuts that arnt worth even a dollar, After getting rid of all the old employees that actually gave a good cut. Second off I just left there with one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. So I Go in there for a standard haircut as a walk in the lady said I'd be 4th in line which was fine. I sat there for 35 mins watching the 2 female employees taking their sweet time cleaning up after every cut, oh not only that but every time someone new comes in they have to stop what they're doing to check them in. Slow!!!! So slow!! Everything they did was slow and had no consideration for the 7 customers waiting to now be seen. Then the worst part happened. One of the employees takes her stuff and says "going on lunch" and now leaves the one lady all by herself. I finally looked at them and said take my name off the list after sitting there 45 mins and left. Never going back!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
