The customer left upset, and other clients were clearly disturbed by the unprofessional behavior. I immediately reported this incident to both corporate and the store manager. Despite having three complimentary haircuts available at this location, I chose to take my business elsewhere after learning this employee was still working there. The fact that this behavior was tolerated speaks volumes about the management's priorities regarding customer treatment. I had been a loyal customer for years, but I cannot in good conscience support a business that allows staff to treat customers, especially seniors, with such disrespect. I now drive to other Great Clips locations and happily pay rather than receive free services here. Until management addresses their staff's conduct and prioritizes creating a respectful environment for all customers, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location.

- NDN DSep 10, 20251.0Today I went to get my haircut done, I didn’t have appointment booked online so I checked in with one of the employees there it was 45 mins wait, I waited that long and when it was my turn one of the employee called for the second client from the waiting list who supposed to be called after me that lady literally skipped me and she didn’t even have any idea that I was waiting for more than 45 mins and called someone who checked in after me. Rude behavior and bad customer service, no apologies for their mistakes that’s not how they supposed to treat the customers.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
