The customer left upset, and other clients were clearly disturbed by the unprofessional behavior. I immediately reported this incident to both corporate and the store manager. Despite having three complimentary haircuts available at this location, I chose to take my business elsewhere after learning this employee was still working there. The fact that this behavior was tolerated speaks volumes about the management's priorities regarding customer treatment. I had been a loyal customer for years, but I cannot in good conscience support a business that allows staff to treat customers, especially seniors, with such disrespect. I now drive to other Great Clips locations and happily pay rather than receive free services here. Until management addresses their staff's conduct and prioritizes creating a respectful environment for all customers, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
