- JDJ DJan 3, 20265.0The team here is genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes a big difference (not all Diptyque stores are like this, Beverly Hills and Wynn locations come to mind). Augusta in particular really stands out. She clearly understands luxury retail and how to make the experience feel personal. When I shop at the Caesars location, it actually feels like the staff is shopping with you. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes the experience enjoyable. The only downside is that this location doesn’t have an engraving machine, so you have to go to the Wynn for engraving. (Unfortunately, the process there can feel awkward; if you didn’t purchase the item at that location the staff gives you a hard time.) That’s clearly a corporate issue rather than a reflection of the Caesars staff, who otherwise do everything right. Overall, this location delivers exactly the kind of service and experience people expect from Diptyque. I wish all stores felt like this.

Her recommendation of Candle 34 was spot on—it smells amazing and has quickly become a favorite. Jelyn’s knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine passion for the products truly stood out.
