Then the other one of them had to answer phones and the door, leaving my wife 8 separate times for minutes at a time, not to mention the “spa music” was on youtube and kept stopping every 4 min for the commercials which we had to listen to the whole time. Then she kept rushing through every part of the massage to catch up then they skipped our feet, our lower backs, our hands all together. Then we planned to tip 20 each for the poor service in order to tip appropriately and we planned to say nothing at all about the poor service so we could simply leave and not come back. When I gave the $40 to them they looked me in the eye and said “Thats it usually you’re supposed to tip more?” This made me upset as I was not planning to complain and become “that guy” so I asked “Are your feet, hands and low back included in the FULL BODY massage?” to which she replied “Oh yea, you’re right next time next time” so I said “Next time a better tip.” I was so shocked, I felt disrespected, I felt humiliated because I begged my wife not to make a stink so we could just leave and then they pulled that at the end “that’s it, you’re supposed to tip more” yea and you are supposed to start on time, not end early, hit the full body, not have commercials playing, not leave your client over and over during a couples massage, use lotion or oil if your hands are on the skin, not complain about your tip, oh and how about just be professional. We are ones that should’ve said “that’s it?” Lol
