  Great, professional, and affordable. The atmosphere is very calm and the staff are very accommodating. I have been receiving treatment here for a couple months, and I am satisfied with the care I've received.

  Noemi is amazing! She makes every session feel so comfortable and stress-free. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. I’ve had incredible results already. She’s warm, professional, and always checks in on pain level, healing, and skin condition. If you’re nervous about electrolysis, go to her. She truly makes the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

  Dear Flawless Med Spa Team, I was scheduled for a consultation and electrolysis appointment with Noemi. Upon arrival, I waited to be greeted but instead received a text message saying I could “come in.” As this was my first time visiting Flawless Med Spa, I wasn’t sure what that meant or where to go. When I met Noemi, I asked if she typically comes out to greet clients, especially first-time visitors. She said yes, but mentioned she thought I had been there several times before—which is not the case. This experience felt unprofessional and left me uncomfortable, particularly as a new client. I wanted to share this feedback because first impressions matter, and this encounter did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a Med Spa. If possible, I would appreciate a recommendation for another provider—someone who is professional, welcoming, and treats all clients, including Black clients, with equal care and respect. Thank you for your time and understanding.

  Hannah was fantastic. She was very thorough and thoughtful. She continued to check with me to make sure I was comfortable. I will be back and I will recommend her to everyone. The facility was very clean and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands for sure.
