  I walked into this location thinking I liked diptyque and left absolutely in love with the company and all they bring to the table, from incredibly well thought out labels to their incredibly unique and pleasant scents this experience was far above what I expected. Tyger helped us and clearly loved her job and the brand and it was infectious…I will always recommend this location but the experience with Tyger will never be forgotten, this is a gem of an experience in Caesar’s and you should not pass it over!

  Came in here to purchase the solid perfume and the staff was great! Moge and Augusta were very attentive and helpful. We don't have a Diptyque where we live so we always stop in when we're near one. My favorite fragrance is Orpehon and my spouse's favorite is Philosykos. They smell great and last a long time. We can often still smell the fragrance on our clothes after laundering. In addition to perfumes and colognes, they also sell candles and other fragrance options for your home. This is a higher end shop but the product is worth the price. If youre in the forum shops stop in and smell their fragrances.

  This is my preferred Diptyque location because of sales associate Moji. What a fun, informative experience it is shopping with her knowledge and professionalism. I receive tailored suggestions and wonderful conversation, then leave after a great laugh and purchases I am excited about. Via text or phone order, she is always responsive, professional, and thorough. There is no better way to shop Diptyque offerings than via Moji at Forum Shops. For luxury candles, this is the service I want and will cherish! Thank you Moji!

  The team here is genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes a big difference (not all Diptyque stores are like this, Beverly Hills and Wynn locations come to mind). Augusta in particular really stands out. She clearly understands luxury retail and how to make the experience feel personal. When I shop at the Caesars location, it actually feels like the staff is shopping with you. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes the experience enjoyable. The only downside is that this location doesn’t have an engraving machine, so you have to go to the Wynn for engraving. (Unfortunately, the process there can feel awkward; if you didn’t purchase the item at that location the staff gives you a hard time.) That’s clearly a corporate issue rather than a reflection of the Caesars staff, who otherwise do everything right. Overall, this location delivers exactly the kind of service and experience people expect from Diptyque. I wish all stores felt like this.
