For some background, I've been regularly getting massages nearby at another place that was a hotel spa (with a steam too and Jacuzzi) that I thought was worthwhile, but they closed for renovations until fall. I found this place looking for a new place to go to and not only is it more affordable, but I left feeling more refreshed than I ever did at that other place. This experience felt like a warm hug for my body and soul. When I told Anna areas I was having issues with, she actually listened and spent a lot of dedicated time there, making it feel so much less tight by the end of my session. I paid extra for the deep tissue and it was absolutely worth it. Even when the other place opens back up, I won't be going back there since I've found the NOW massage Henderson and Anna.

The last 7 months in a row they've canceled and had to try and reschedule forcing me to shuffle my calendar. This time they rescheduled to a different date and time than what they told me. I'm done with this company. I canceled my membership and am taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values your business and takes customer service seriously.

It has a very beautiful atmosphere & relaxing wave sounds made me feel like I was at the beach. The massage therapist was very skilled & I felt comfortable communicating my needs & comfort level. She was great! I’ll be back soon when I’m back in town. Thank you!
