A very nice girl called me and said my product was somewhere in the shipment they were in the process of unpacking and it might take a day to find the item I ordered. Two days later I receive an email from Salon Centric that my order was ready. I arrive at the store to pick it up, and the snotty girl, says order is still being processed. I ask why I got 5 emails that the order was ready. No answer. No offer to help, other than I can try to find it at another store and you can go get it. I asked if the shipment they had said my product was in was all unpacked, she looked shocked at this question and said yes. Then I asked where my product was then, if it was in that shipment and you had unpacked the whole thing. Nothing. I left frustrated for wasting my time and money driving over 30 minutes to pick up something that wasn't there. Who sent the email that the order was ready? Nobody wanted to take responsibility for this issue. If you don't have the item just say so, don't lie and push through an email saying the order is ready for pickup. By the time I got home, I received an email that my order was cancelled, "at customers request". Never once did I say to cancel my order. Horrible experience, won't be going back there again. I would rather pay shipping from somewhere else than deal with this place again.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric Henderson?
