Apparently they do not follow their own store and district policies, but by their own admission they do not follow state of Nevada regulations either. I will not put myself, my kids, or family members in their hands again. We got a needle piercing for myself and for my daughter the day before she turned 4, so she was 3 years old at the time, she sat great and that first experience was wonderful. However within the first month one of the earrings fell out, because it was within the first month thankfully they did provide replacement jewelry because the cost of the jewelry was very expensive. Unfortunately it happened again in the same ear shortly after, but we were outside of the guarantee window and it had closed up enough my daughter decided to wait and get it done again after it healed completely. Today was supposed to be that day. After I made the appointment online, entered the type of appointment (needle piercing) and age of my daughter, and got to the store I was only then informed that it is state, district, and store policy not to needle pierce under age 5 and that we would have to wait for her to turn 5 in order to get the service. They discussed the matter with the district manager and were unwilling to provide their service. As a reminder, she was technically 3 at the time of her initial needle piercing and we are now being asked to wait over 8 months to get a service they had provided to us in the past. Their apologies for inconvenience means nothing, especially when admitting the service that was provided previously should not have been done as it is against State regulations, store and district policy. I have a very sad little girl today.

Not only is she professional and kind, she is honest when picking the perfect placement. I just keep visiting (because I have a piercing problem…a good one, I think) and what a better way to celebrate my birthday than with the gift cards I received! Thank you, Rowan and Lindsay! Nurse Daisy was amazing - very professional, quick, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The piercing itself wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place!

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by a warm smile with a blonde lady at the front. The store was clean, well organized and smelled like they keep up on sanitizing everything. Daisy, pierced my ears and she walked me through every step even down to pricing. What I really loved was how attentive she was to me and answered all my questions. I did have an impulse moment of wanting my helix pierced, and she went over everything with me. In the end, I decided not to (I have very small ears) and I didn't want my ears to look over crowded with jewelry I highly recommend this place to anyone, weather you're a child getting your first piercing, or a little older.
- JJjuli.Dec 29, 20255.0Rowan is amazing! I was so pleased with how my second lobe piercing turned out! They were extremely friendly when I walked in and made sure to get all the details just right. I felt very comfortable even though I was nervous to get another piercing. Nurse Sydney did my device piercing and she not only was very kind, but made sure to be thorough with cleaning & explaining to me some processes and choices available. I did the device piercing and have a low pain tolerance, but honestly barely even felt this happen. So excited with how it turned out and I’m really glad I went here because of the friendly and clean environment! It also took about 15 minutes total & they give you the cutest goodie bag when you’re done. Highly recommend this location for anyone nervous about piercings or with low pain tolerance like me.
