- TCTracy CervantesJul 7, 20251.0This review is for blondes and those hoping to become one. Don't bother. Keep scrolling for another salon. Otherwise you will waste your money , your time and you will sacrifice your hair to a place that does not even know how to obtain the correct formula for a blonde. I should have just walked out when I arrived for check in. I was informed by the stylist she was not going to be able to color my hair. A conflict of time. I request my roots be done along with a toner. Only 2 hours were booked and she said it would take longer. Okay was my response. The stylist, actually the two stylists I was given had no idea how to combine a mix to lighten my roots and could not agree how long or how many times to apply the solution. One tech told me as she was applying that she was going to be taking an online class later in the month on how to do blonde hair!! The worst is yet to come in this review, after rinsing out the product and seeing you guess it orange hue on my head she proclaimed it looks great. I asked what happened with the toner, why had it not worked? The technician said oh I didn't put toner in your hair I added extra product to lighten it more!! I kept just breathing, and politely requested toner be applied to my orange hair. So heed my warning or you too will walk out with your blonde hue looking like the latest anime character.

She's a master with color, & does the most brilliant vivids that REALLY hold up! All while keeping my hair healthy, & in great condition!! I've never sat in a stylist chair where time & time again & again, the time just flys by because of the laughter & fascinating conversation. I've also never had a stylist that so conscientiously, and carefully, makes sure she knows what I want, & that it can be done while still maintaining the integrity & health of my hair. She always makes sure that I understand what the upkeep entails etc, before we proceed with something new. In short, Sandy is an EXTREMELY dedicated, experienced, & knowledgeable professional, practicing at the top of her profession! To top it ALL off, she takes AMAZING care of my elderly mother who's experiencing memory loss. It's like having a friend of the family keeping your mother's hair exceptionally beautiful! She's also incredibly wonderful to one of my friend's I refered to her 8 years, and her elderly mother in law. Her hair looks SO fantasy now!! I regularly count Sandy among my blessings!! I moved to St George Utah 3 years ago, & still make the 2 hour trip every 5 weeks to sit in her chair. There's no one better!!
