  I don't know where to start. I've been here a few times. After today I will not be returning. He took his time with my pedicure, toes look great. He took his time with my fill. The nail shape is beautiful, he really tried. When it came to painting thats where things took a turn. My son asked me to get rainbow nails (he saw his first rainbow.) I asked three times for a nude base with a rainbow stripe on one nail. He did one nail with a neon green and white marble design and said "rainbow." I told him I didn't like it and he visibly got frustrated. I told him I wanted multiple colors... like a rainbow. He clearly didn't know what I meant. He was frustrated and rude, which upset me. So I just let him do what he wanted. I'm very disappointed and the whole time I was just thinking how my son was going to be disappointed. Luckily he's four so he doesn't care. However I wanted to ask for a refund, or to fix it. but what was i gonna do sit there for another hour while they fixed it? I was already there for 2.5 hours. No thanks. To make matters worse the rest of the staff was cutting up a giant jackfruit on the floor... I understand people got to eat, but on the floor where people get their nails done, not very sanitary. But the nail salon on Boulder Highway between the liquor store and the dollar store, the writing was on the wall.

  I came here while visiting Las Vegas because of the good reviews and the 20% new client discount. I’ve had dip manicures many times before, so I was surprised by this experience. The removal process involved soaking my hands in very warm acetone with strong fumes, which made me feel dizzy and uncomfortable. There didn’t seem to be much ventilation, and I had to turn away while sitting there. After the dip manicure was finished, I noticed visible white dust-like spots underneath the top coat. I’ve never experienced this with dip before. When I pointed it out, I was told it was due to the “quality of the dip,” but this didn’t feel like an accurate explanation given my past experiences. Unfortunately, the final result wasn’t what I expected, and I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve product quality, application technique, and ventilation for future clients.

  They can almost always handle walk ins immediately. Our family of 3 went for pedicures and our daughter got her nails done also. Its always quiet and relaxing inside.

  Consumer Beware. Their prices on their menu are not correct and at the end of your service they add 20.00 or so extra dollars. It’s too bad I really liked the person who did my pedicure. I will never be back.
