There were at least two employees there with a whopping 1 customer waiting. The only response I got was, “Did you check in online?! It’s a two hour wait! It’s the weekend!” You would think that she had been working all day with how pleasant she was. Except it was 10 AM and they open at 8. Missed out on a 20 dollar tip. Probably could have used it towards some etiquette classes.

We go to check in 15min later and are told it will be at least another 17min. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. We ended up canceling our appointments and going elsewhere.
