The wait was too long (their check-in App needs to be better) and one of the two stylists that was available was not being attentive to the customers in the waiting area. She was very distracted at times including spending time looking at her customers phone and gossiping (maybe they were friends?) The other hair stylist completed at least 4 haircuts while the distracted on barely finished one. *When I checked in and the wait time on my phone said 27 minutes. I ended up waiting well OVER an hour. Other than that it was a great experience.

I was told it would be 20 mins which is unacceptable. if you don't value my time, you don't get my business. i don't know if it's a west coast thing, but on the east coast, this shop will be closed within months.
