Katie assisted me by making recommendations for a variety of products I was looking for, all of which I purchased. I was impressed by each product One in particular, the Oat Cleansing Balm by The INKEY List, has become my all time favourite. I would recommend this product for anyone with mature skin. It’s absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Katie, for sharing your product knowledge with me.

When I walked in there were two girls standing at the front and one of them said something to me but I couldn’t make out what it was so I assumed it was a greeting, I smiled and said hello and then went to the skin care section as I was looking for specific items. I was walking down the aisles looking for the brand and one of the girls followed me to every aisle pretending to face merch. Every time I looked over she was watching me from the corner of her eye but didn’t once ask me if I needed help finding anything. I quickly picked up two of the items on my list and left.. I can wait and order the rest of the items online. Overall uncomfortable experience.
