When I politely asked her to confirm if I had the right product, she responded in a rude and dismissive way. Her tone and attitude were far from professional, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect guidance and respectful communication, especially from a manager. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope Sephora takes this seriously and improves the level of customer service.

There was no sorry given. Went up to the cash and asked about birthday gifts because its my birthday month, I was shown what was available and when I asked if I could do the extra points instead she huffed and said they don’t do that. I might just stick to shopping online

I’m literally paying? I look around and see that there’s about 20 employees on top of me at once asking if I want a basket lol no I just want to shop in peace thanks! I don’t steal and have never thought about stealing and don’t appear as so, so I’m just confused. The staff will literally be staring me directly in my eyes as I’m shopping as if I’m gonna steal something I literally have to laugh sometimes it’s like their stalkers following ur every move, listen I know customer service but this isn’t even customer service it’s blant disrespectful. Please do better Sephora hailfax and stop making every customer uncomfortable thanks!
