  Usually love this store but lately the customer service has been lacking. I was looking at something on the shelf and got shoved so an employee could open a drawer. There was no sorry given. Went up to the cash and asked about birthday gifts because its my birthday month, I was shown what was available and when I asked if I could do the extra points instead she huffed and said they don’t do that. I might just stick to shopping online

  I work in the mall and come here a lot I’m shopping here all of the time I spend thousands of dollars a year here lol, Ijust can’t physically come into the store anymore because the way I am always being followed around is disgusting, the employee will literally see me in line and are still starring at me? I’m literally paying? I look around and see that there’s about 20 employees on top of me at once asking if I want a basket lol no I just want to shop in peace thanks! I don’t steal and have never thought about stealing and don’t appear as so, so I’m just confused. The staff will literally be staring me directly in my eyes as I’m shopping as if I’m gonna steal something I literally have to laugh sometimes it’s like their stalkers following ur every move, listen I know customer service but this isn’t even customer service it’s blant disrespectful. Please do better Sephora hailfax and stop making every customer uncomfortable thanks!

  I don’t typically review, but I had so much fun shopping at Sephora today! (Sunday Oct. 12th). The entire team of ladies were so beautiful and kind! We shopped, laughed, it was all around a great time. Staff made sure we were able to get everything we needed. Truly an incredible experience, I can’t wait to visit again ☺️

  My recent visit to Sephora was absolutely wonderful! Prabnoor assisted me, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin type and recommended products that suited me perfectly. I felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. The store was clean, well-organized, and I never felt rushed. Honestly, the service was exceptional — I can’t think of any improvements needed. Prabnoor made my shopping experience truly memorable, and I would give her the best review without a doubt! 💖✨

Her product knowledge, patience, and ability to understand what I was looking for truly stood out. She helped me find the perfect products for my needs and offered honest, helpful recommendations. I really appreciated how professional yet friendly she was throughout the consultation. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, I can’t think of any improvements — everything from customer service to product availability was excellent. Sephora is lucky to have someone like Prabnoor representing the brand!
