I had high expectations for Huda Beauty, but this product was a letdown. The formula felt heavy, emphasized texture, and didn’t perform well throughout the day. Never recommend.

I was looking at various brands in relation to products anti aging/aging at your store in Halifax. As I was walking around the store, I realized that the salespeople were very attentive to the “younger” generations, yet not to me. I am 71. When I asked the salesperson about The Ordinary product, she picked out 2 products and handed them to me. I said “that’s it? She didn’t explain any of the benefits of the product line; my skin concerns, nothing. I purchased the 2 products. I felt really old when I left the store

Very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. The customer service was poor, and the staff member named Taylor was rude and dismissive. I felt unvalued as a customer. This is not the level of service I expect from Sephora.

I visited Sephora recently and had a disappointing experience with the manager, Jacki. When I politely asked her to confirm if I had the right product, she responded in a rude and dismissive way. Her tone and attitude were far from professional, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
As a customer, I expect guidance and respectful communication, especially from a manager. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope Sephora takes this seriously and improves the level of customer service.
