    Gena at this location is amazing. I went on New Years Eve with a scent sample and she tried her best with the products in stock to find me something similar, combining different soaps (as that's what I was after) to see what she could do. Unfortunately, nothing was quite the same.

    Shout out to the holiday and weekend team of this branch of Lush - and a very very special shout out to Ruh!!!! For over two decades I have been loyal to a different company that carries similar products - Ruh converted me - she is knowledgeable, kind, genuine, and very attentive - she speaks and explains things without pressure - but you will take a merchandise because she would make sense of it!!!!!! Ruh is just amazing - although the whole team are suppoerive and such a very accommodating and healthy environment - this store does not only smell good - it feels good when you go in there - these associates are humans that attend to human not only to sell but to express the worth and relevance of their products!!!

    Gena was super helpful in helping me decide on a product for my aunt when I came into the store yesterday. She also let me try a bunch of lotions and glitters, and took my nose on a yummy scent tour with all the shower gels LOL what a fun experience

    Gena at this location fixed my dagger rough lips with Snow Fairy Lip Mask and now my lips are Margot Robbie ready! All the men and women who work here are so sweet, give perfect customer service and everything else their job entails with that youthful Aussie spirit and enthusiasm, and the women here are as beautiful as Margot Robbie! Everyone here deserves a major raise! This location is topnotch! Margot Robbie would be proud! 1,000,000/5, because 5 stars out of 5 just isn't high enough!
