    Me and a friend went there a few weeks ago and had an employee named Charity help out; she was absolutely fantastic. She gave us a warm welcome, helped us with every question we had, let us have casual conversations with her, extremely friendly — 10/10 customer service. Plus, when I asked for samples for me and my friend, she had given me an extra one.

    I love lush so much. Got the yummiest smelling products today. Bean helped me and my friend and was so sweet and kind and welcoming and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable when trying products. So knowledgable on all the products and gave us the best recommendations, I got 3 products i didn’t even go there for lol. I was so surprised to hear Bean is a new staff member, shoutout Bean you’re doing amazing♥️🥹

    Lush Halifax is my son’s favourite store. The Minecraft bathbombs brought him in and he kept going because of the staff. They are always very engaging and kind to him. He had a party there and Irast, Tonette and Heather were working that morning. They handled the group of young boys perfectly with engaging games and scavenger hunts. Everyone had a very fun time. They were patient and kept the party on track. Israt has been one of my son’s favourite employees for a long time and he gave her a hug at the end of the party as he was so happy.
