I got there shortly before they closed, as I assumed they would be staying open later for holiday hours like the rest of the crossing. While I was waiting in line, a worker starts yelling at me and the only other customer that they were about to close. When 5 o'clock hit on the dot, she then raised her voice at us again saying we had to put our stuff back and leave since they were closed. She seemed to be confused on why we were still standing there, despite the fact we had been standing there for a few minutes to check out. Just because you are closed does not give an employee a justification to yell, or be rude to customers. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Will not choose this as my most frequented Sephora

The person at the cash somehow convinced him to redeem my birthday gift and since they didn’t have anything all I got were 250 points. Obviously it was not his account and they shouldn’t have redeemed it without me there. Now i’m stuck with points I didn’t want. Just go to Shoppers instead
