As a beginner, I had so many questions, but she explained everything clearly and helped me find my perfect shade matches and product “soulmates” for my skin. I’m so grateful for her friendly approach and genuine care. Ryann made me feel welcome, confident, and excited to explore makeup in a whole new way. I have very thick brows and always ask my waxer to just clean them up and shape them, not to take off too much. They always make them too skinny. Sarah was the first person in years to actually listen and understood what I was asking. I’ll only be going to her from now on and highly recommend her!

People nowadays are so sensitive. You cant say anything anymore without offending people and them not being able to handle themselves. Grow up and get over yourself. If you cant handle the job work somewhere else. His name was Zander :) oh and as soon as you walk in there you are talked about by staff and pointed out as a thief, they think every walk of life in there is going to steal and treat you as such even when spending hundreds of dollars there. Its the worst store in the mall with the worst customer service.

- GWGregory WhelanOct 4, 20255.0Went in yesterday to pick up two perfumes for myself and the tall gentleman that was working there helped me and had a lot of knowledge about the different men’s colognes and it was incredible, how much knowledge he had and I appreciated it! He showed me one of the very first colognes he ever tried, I smelled it and instantly loved it and now I’ve found my signature scent! He was very kind as well! I will be going to this location from now on instead of Halifax shopping centre where I’ve had nothing but bad experiences!
