- KMKatie MacDonaldFeb 19, 20261.0Took my very excited daughter there to see if they had a product she has been wanting ...well me and my friend stood by her to wait to see if the product was in store ...the lady who helped my daughter mind you was amazing ..but as my daughter is waiting me and my friend are standing waiting just having a convo ..I look and see half your staff standing there is crazy ..and soon as we leave your staff all scattered away ....never assume ppl can't afford to be in your store or make them feel uncomfortable to be in there very disappointed I'm gonna leave this here maybe some education on race is needed for the company and staff because we are of colour ..I have had many ppl of not colour go in your staff and staff has not followed them around

I didn't like the one I was sold. Spending almost $50 for eyeliner and not being happy with the pigment or application is disappointing. I explained specifically what I was looking for in a color and felt a " here this will be fine attitude" and didn't actually get what I was looking for. Bought Urban Decay 24/7.
