  I stopped by yesterday to browse and was helped by Paige. She was amazing and very knowledgeable about all of the products. She took the time to help me find the right products for my skin that were within my budget. I would definitely recommend shopping here and getting some advice from her!

  The girl with dark skin complexion was very rude and arrogant. I asked her about makeup by mario plumping lip serum she said it's not a serum it's a lipstick, funny to know she have no idea about the products available at their store. Then I asked her about the colour "rosewood glow", that I received as my birthday gift. She gave me rose glow instead. When I said this colour looks different she replied with attitude this is the same colour. I ended up buying the wrong colour. Not really happy.

  Exceptional Service at Sephora – Dartmouth Crossing From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Rayah, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and a few things I didn’t even know I needed! She made sure I had the perfect foundation match, offered thoughtful recommendations, and turned shopping into a fun, laughter-filled experience. The Dartmouth Crossing location is gorgeous... bright, spacious, and so easy to move around in. The entire team greeted customers with warm smiles and great energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. I just want to take a moment to highlight what an incredible asset Rayah is to your business. She brings warmth, expertise, and genuine care that makes customers feel valued and excited to shop. Highly recommend stopping by, enjoying the beautiful new space, and if you can—ask for Rayah!

  It's always a hit or miss when visiting Sephora stores. Typically, my preference is to buy online and ship to my home or buy and collect at the store. The Dartmouth crossing location in my opinion is the worst of the three stores. I visited the Dartmouth Crossing location on Saturday as I was already in the vicinity. Everytime I have visited, I have found the associates less than helpful and not very welcoming. You enter the store and no one greets you. I had a list so I was looking for the products. It was only then someone approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her what brands I was looking for, she pointed me in the direction and quickly walked away. She offered no assistance or guidance. One of the products was not on the shelf so I had to flag down an associate. She acted as though I was bothering her. Bear in mind, the store was not busy. Nonetheless, I wanted the product so after she confirmed none was on the shelf she said she'd go look. I got all the products I wanted, without any help. I had some questions and ended up googling the information because the associates were so unhelpful. When I went up to the cashier, they had the nerve to ask if anyone assisted me. Customer service is seriously lacking in this store. I did notice, certain customers are treated differently and are given better service. Clearly, my skin color doesn't meet that requirement. Every customer should be warmly greeted at the door and every customer should be given the same quality of service. Even if a customer knows what they're looking for, it would be nice for an associate to ask if the customer has any questions or needs any assistance. This location would do well with a refresh on basic customer service and creating a good customer experience. I will certainly go back to ordering online and I will not be revisiting this location.
