We were greeted by the lovely Olivia and she so enriched our Lush experience. Olivia pointed out Halloween and Christmas products and we were quite taken with the Christmas Wreath!! Veronica found what she wanted and I don’t use Lush (or haven’t yet😉) and Olivia gave us each a number of samples to try which was so kind and thoughtful!! I received Shower Gel samples which is a great way to begin…lol as I almost always shower. You are fortunate to have employees like Olivia as they love what they sell and have no problem encouraging one to give Lush a try. Thank you Olivia🩷
