I had the worst experience with Anthony at Santa Fe JC Penney Salon yesterday. No only that I had to wait 40 min (with appointment) to have him cut my hair between he colored another lady's hair. My first experience with him months ago was good. But yesterday was the worst. I asked him to thin my hair in layers because I have very thick hair. He used a tool that I felt like he was shaving my skull, it hurt. Then He borrowed a scissor from another hair dresser to continue trimming my hair. Now the ends of my hair look weird and dried without style. Please don't let that happen to you.
