They cut his neckline almost 2 inches above his actual hairline. He understands that it is great clips, but there should be a standard and a knowledge of how to do a fade and cut.

Door was locked and those inside, still giving haircuts, would not open the door to communicate that they apparently decided to close 2 hours early. Given the general business model is based on online check ins and electronic communication, it seems it shouldn’t be hard to send a message that my online check-in was cancelled prior to my arrival. Also, the in-person communication was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
