He wanted a quick haircut before his grandmother’s funeral and our upcoming trip to Southeast Asia, but what he got was an absolute disaster. Some white lady completely butchered his hair. The back was not even cut, the sideburns were uneven, and the whole thing was left a wet, sloppy mess. I have seen barbers in rural South Africa put more care and skill into a haircut than this. It was genuinely shocking to witness a professional in the United States perform so poorly. To make matters worse, she spent the entire appointment ranting about her personal problems, including her family issues and political beliefs, instead of focusing on her job. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. After watching this fiasco, I decided not to get my haircut there at all. My friend had to go pay another barber just to fix the damage. If you are a small child under five and do not care how your hair looks, this place might be fine. But if you are an adult with any level of self respect, avoid this Great Cuts entirely. They will ruin your hair. 🤡🤡🤡
