    My hair stylist was Victoria Ontiveros. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s not only incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but her skill and attention to detail really stand out. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted, explained the process, and delivered results that were everything I hoped for and more. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair!

    I asked for a bob got a mullet. If you have curly hair don’t go here. Edit: never returning. That’s insane you would even imply that.

    I've had several of my worst cuts here...and a few good ones. It's so inconsistent. It's rare that I don't have to fix the cuts at home after living with them a day or so. I'm finally done with JCP after my last cut. I won't be back. If I want a bad cut, I can go to SuperCuts and pay a lot less.
