She is passionate about caring for my hair and she has definitely given me an excellent customer experience. She recently retied and repaired my locs. It has definitely been a challenge getting my hair done in this city but Terry keeps pushing her limits as a stylist and has learned and continues to learn how to care for my hair. Called to speak to someone and ended up with the lady that cut her hair. She threw an absolute fit that I was complaining. Asked to speak to a manager around 12x. Then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional Terry.
